As an Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for customers with locations in a specific region and as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for customers with locations outside the region as well. The employees coordinate with each other to develop customer-specific solutions and implement them successfully. In addition to providing personal consultation to our industry customers, the common tasks in Inside sales also include offer preparation and order processing. In direct cooperation with the colleagues in Field sales, coordination across all processes is carried out. For over 20,000 customers worldwide, our employees work in International sales to strategically build and deepen the business relationships between the company headquarters in Bad Mergentheim and the subsidiaries as well as the branch offices. This is done in person, by telephone or even digitally. To support the development of business relationships at a national and international level, a close and process-wide cooperation with all departments within the company headquarters is required.
