System Logistics: Creation and coordination of Kanban customer projects, support for service providers, route planning and order placement, calculation and planning of logistics services
Initial stocking: Administrative coordination of the initial stocking group, planning, monitoring and follow-up of initial implementations, training of new service providers and system managers, service visits
Rack and bin management: Management of master data, coordination and handling of rack and bin label printing, ordering, delivery and invoice verification for Kanban customer racks
Storage control: Internal storage management, storage space management, optimisation, replenishment control and error correction, inspection of outgoing items, monitoring of delivery monitors
Export: Coordination and collection of international sea, air and road freight, preparation of customs documents, processing of returns to third countries, customs classification, export control, origin of goods
Import: Procurement and import handling of global sea, road and air freight, freight letter handling, supplier releases, handling of direct deliveries related to third countries
Returnable packaging management: Procurement and coordination of operating materials and returnable packaging of all kinds, controlling of returnable packaging and operating materials, organising the dispatch of empty bins
Transport control: Controlling internal flow of goods, internal shunt transports, ramp management
Project management: Coordination of logistics projects, construction site coordination, logistics planning
Human Resources/Secretariats: Point of contact for logistics employees, coordination of logistics training, monitoring of time sheets, assistance and secretarial tasks, including project support

- Team Lead (m/f/d): As a team lead (m/f/d), you will assume the personnel responsibility for the entire team. Your focus will be on the professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the individual team members (m/f/d). Own projects expand the area of responsibility.
- Department head (m/f/d) As a department head (m/f/d), you will take on the technical and personnel responsibility for the entire department, which consists of several teams.
