From bushes and bolts to springs, – we can procure parts according to the drawing, in a wide range of material thicknesses and strengths (up to 12.9). Advantages of forming technology
- Compared to machining manufacturing processes, forming is one of the most economical processes, as it primarily manufactures bulk goods or large series by optimally utilising the material at high speed.
- Machine presses used for the manufacturing screws, among others, can manufacture components at a rate of 150 to 300 pieces per minute.
- Unlike the machining manufacturing process or casting processes, the unbroken fibre flow of the material has an advantage. This helps to solidify the material.
