Do you need cold-formed parts, hot-formed parts, bent parts, stamped parts or other forming parts? From bushes, bolts, to springs – we can procure parts according to the drawing, in a wide range of material thicknesses and strengths (up to 12.9). The parts are made by implementing different manufacturing methods, including cold forming, hot forming, rolling, drop forging, wire bending, deep drawing.

Advantages of forming technology
- Compared to machining manufacturing processes, forming is one of the most economical processes, as it primarily manufactures bulk goods or large series by optimally utilising the material at high speed.
- Machine presses, used for manufacturing screws among other things, can manufacture components at a rate of 150 to 300 pieces per minute.
- Unlike the machining manufacturing processes or casting processes, the unbroken fibre flow of the material has an advantage, as it helps to solidify the material.
