To ensure that quality starts in procurement, we use system‑supported supplier selection. This guarantees that only verified and approved suppliers are assigned to defined product groups, ensuring reliable products and transparent quality standards.

Complaint analysis and early warning system

We view complaints as a valuable source of information. Through systematic analysis and an internal early warning system, we identify trends and irregularities at an early stage. In close cooperation with our complaint management, we implement targeted measures to prevent recurring quality issues and to sustainably protect our customers.

Quality assurance from goods receipt onwards

With a strategic, risk‑based inspection plan, we ensure quality starting at goods receipt. Our specialists in incoming goods inspection carry out targeted checks on incoming materials, complemented by analyses in our accredited test laboratory. In addition, preshipment inspections at international locations enable testing even before delivery.

Supplier audits

Targeted audits at our suppliers create transparency and enhance process reliability across the supply chain. Depending on the occasion – such as approvals, complaints, or customer requirements – we review processes on site.
We are supported by an international auditor network within the Würth Group, ensuring consistent quality standards worldwide. Regular training ensures the development and maintenance of auditor qualifications, so that our quality standards are not only documented but also lived internationally – for maximum safety and trust in your products.
