This is how PunchOut interfaces work

With a PunchOut interface, you can access the online shop of a supplier directly from your procurement system. In this way, you can interchange extensive item data like product range, individual prices, availability and supplementary documents – always up-to-date and transparent. You can transfer the required items or entire shopping carts back to your own system quickly and easily for further processing.

  1. Request a PunchOut interface – our experts will be happy to help you find a suitable solution.
  2. The PunchOut interface connects your management system directly with our online shop and provides you access to the product catalogue without re-login.
  3. After the connection, you can add the desired products to the shopping cart. All the relevant information like quantity, price, delivery address, cost centres or approvals are automatically transferred to your management system.
  4. Thereafter, the prepared order undergoes internal processes in the company like inspections, approvals and budget checks before it is transferred to us for further processing.

Static catalogues

Static catalogues contain product and price information in a fixed format and are imported directly to your management system. In this way, all relevant data is available to you. As automatic updating is not available, static catalogues must be manually reviewed, checked and approved in case of changes.

How static catalogues work
