
Anti-dumping duty on certain fasteners
As of February 18, 2022, the European Commission will impose an anti-dumping duty on imports of certain iron and steel fasteners originating in the People's Republic of China.
The anti-dumping duties will be up to 86.5% of the CIF value of the goods and will apply to all affected goods imported into the EU on or after February 18, 2022.
Affected goods:
Iron or steel fasteners originating in the People's Republic of China. Stainless steel fasteners are excluded.
- Wood screws (excluding sleeper screws)
- Thread-forming screws
- Other screws and bolts with heads (whether or not with their nuts or washers, but excluding screws and bolts for fastening railroad track construction material)
- Washers

7318 15 58

7318 15 82
